If someone is cursing you or another staff out, disrespecting them, what do you do?: i would tell them to stop if they do not i would ethier give them a warnning or ask a higher rank then me

if somone comes on the server and kills 5+ people in spawn/trolling what do you do?: tell them to stop if they do not i would warn them or kick them
