You are expected to know these rules and ignorance is not an excuse.
1.The staff have the final say in all situations. Do not argue with them. If you feel wronged in some way by an admin, file a report on the forums.
 2.All default laws are always in effect, even without a Mayor.
 3.Do not commit acts of Random Death Match (RDM).
 4.Do not break the New Life Rule (NLR).
 5.Do not metagame.
 6.Do not demote players randomly or for false reasons.
 7.Do not prop minge.
 8.Do not self-supply.
 9.Do not FailRP.
 10.Do not break the FearRP rules.
 11.Do not set your name or job to something obscene, vulgar or otherwise inappropriate. (Any obvious references to sexual acts or slurs)
 12.Do not use cheats or third party programs.
 13.Do not sell job slots.
 14.Do not troll, flame, or disrespect other players out of character.
 15.Do not harass other players.
 16.Do not leave the server to avoid being stolen from or to avoid punishment.
 17.Do not spam voice communications.
 18.Do not spam the camera.
 19.Do not abuse exploits.
 20.Do not encourage other players to break rules.
 21.Do not abuse loopholes in the rules.
 22.Do not break rules to enforce rules.
 23.No one is to be segregated in our community. Do not harass people or act biased against them because of their age, gender, race, sexuality, etc.
 24.You may not impersonate players.

1.Do not spam the chat.
 2.Only use adverts to advertise.
 3.Do not use OOC for RP chat, and do not use advert for OOC chat.
 4.Avoid excessive use of swearing and slurs. Racism is not tolerated at all.
 5.Avoid excessive crude or sexual language.
 6.Do not immediately complain to staff about rulebreaking. Consider the circumstances before accusing someone of breaking rules.
 7.Adverting crimes gives the CP and SWAT permission to issue a warrant for your arrest. Adverting raids, muggings, Car Jacking,  Kidnappings and using the "slash-commands" are excluded from this rule.
 8.If you intend to throw a grenade, you must advert that you intend to so that innocent or harmless players are not killed.
 9. Don't be a tattletale, this means do not report someone just to get them in trouble. Only report someone if it actually affected you. For example, someone is being chased by an armed assailant and they go in a house. You walk in and they accidentally shoot you and apologize. This is an obvious accident so please forgive and forget.

1.Do not block off entire areas with props. If your job allows you to build in public, please do not obstruct pathways, roads, world doors, or any frequently accessed areas.
 2.You may prop block the entrance to your base if you specifically state that you are building, with a sign. However you must NEVER prop block while your base contains any entities or valuable items [Printers, Drugs, Guns, etc]. This includes any of your or your group member's items, Otherwise you must use fading doors at all time. Windows are excluded from this rule.
 3.All entrance to your base must be clearly visible and easily accessible, which means you cannot use: crouching tunnels, areas where you have to jump, traps, invisible/semi-visible props, no collided props, disorientating lights/lamps/textures/colors/props/effects
 4.Do not trap other players in bases.
 5.You may build a second level inside of your base only; however, the props used for the second level may not be see through, meaning the props must be a solid color. You may not use any fading doors on this second level, including the ramp. The second level must be open and accessible at all times.
 6.If you are a Thief/Gangster/Mafia Leader, you may block off parts of the map for you and your gang members; however, the props used for this base must not restrict the flow of players from one part of the map to another.
 7.Do not build anything that is not accessible by a natural path (no player-made catwalks on walls, etc). [2nd levels are excluded]
 8.Do not build anything that adds another path to an area (no ramps up to rooftops, catwalks, etc).
 9.Do not completely block off the natural path to any area.
 10.Do not build in other players' bases without permission.
 11.Do not use props to hold entities out of reach of players.
 12.Do not use or create invisible props.
 13.Do not build any obscene or inappropriate structures.
 14.Do not build in public unless your job's rules allow it or your group owns the area. Public bases must be built to a reasonable scale. Follow the RP theme of the game mode.
 15.You may not connect multiple properties together unless the owner of the other building(s) gives consent, and the building looks at least semi-realistic. The buildings connected must be next to each other. You may not connect buildings a street apart.
 16.You may not build impossible-to-raid bases. Raiders must have a chance.
 17.Raiders must have enough space to move and raise their weapons.
 18.Your base should not force raiders into awkward positions in order to break in.
 19.You may use entities, like cars, to climb over things with them. However, you should never spam entities for this purpose. You cannot force raiders to have to use entities to enter smoothly


This will be changing as we gain more jobs. Also, if something is not listed i.e. having printers, mugging, raiding, etc.

Citizen:
 - May not raid.
 - May not mug.
 - May not build in public.
 - May not kidnap.
 - May not Carjack.
 - Can only base with other citizens.

Gangster
 - Can only base with other gangsters and Mafia Leader.
 - Must listen to the Mafia Leader, failure to do so will result in a demotion.
 - May not build in public.

Mafia Leader
 - Can only base with other gangsters.
 - May not build in public.
 - Can only break gangsters out of jail.
 - If you break a gangster out of jail, it counts as a PD raid so make sure you /advert it.

All Law Enforcement (Including Mayor)
 - May not print money.
 - Can only base in PD.
 - Must have a reason for having a gun out on someone or for pursuing someone.
 - If you randomly unarrest someone you will be demoted for corruption.
 - May not lock down a certain area or declare it KOS.
 - May not declare AOS or KOS on a certain job unless they agree to a war.
 - May not mug.
 - May not carjack.
 - May not raid.
 - May not kidnap.
 - May not build in public.

Merchants (Gun Dealer and Drug Dealer)
 - May not self-supply.
 - May not mug.
 - May not carjack.
 - May not raid.
 - May not kidnap.
 - Can only base with other gun dealers.
 - Must start building within 10 minutes of becoming the job and selling your products. Exception is the drug dealer because he typically walks around and asks people to buy his products.
 - May not build in public.

Hobo
 - Only weapon allowed for a hobo is a knife. (Hopefully future weapon).
 - You can pretty much do all the crimes as if you were a thief but you may only use a knife, so raiding is not advised unless you're just insane.
 - Refer to building rules when building a base.
 - May not print money.

Thief and Pro Thief
 - Same rules as gangster except without having to listen to a leader.

DJ
 - Must set up a club and play music there.
 - May not run around playing music because this is considered microphone-spam.
 - May not print money
 - May not mug.
 - May not carjack.
 - May not raid.
 - May not kidnap.

Hitmen
 - May not mug.
 - May not carjack.
 - May not raid.
 - May not kidnap.
 - Law Enforcement can AOS or KOS you if they see you complete a hit. Even though it's your job, it's still murder.

Rebel
- May not raid
- May not mug
- May not carjack
- Can only raid PD if laws are unfair, corrupt cops, etc.
- Can only kidnap law enforcement.
- Can only base with other rebels.
